Unity Remodel Co. is a licensed remodeling contractor (CSLB #1161363) serving homeowners throughout Penn Valley. I’m Shane Kenihan, I’m based right here in Nevada County, and you work directly with me from the first walkthrough to the final cleanup.

Penn Valley homes sit on larger rural lots surrounded by oaks and open grassland, and many were built in the 1970s and ’80s. That usually means dated carpet and tile, original bathrooms, and real wildfire exposure from dry grass and brush. I help homeowners update their interiors with durable, low-maintenance materials, and harden their homes against embers with practical upgrades like ember-resistant vents, fire-resistant siding, and enclosed eaves.
