Unity Remodel Co. is a licensed remodeling contractor (CSLB #1161363) serving homeowners throughout Nevada City. I’m Shane Kenihan, I live on the San Juan Ridge just up the road, and you work directly with me from the first walkthrough to the final cleanup.

Nevada City is full of historic Victorians and older homes tucked into the hills and pines. These homes have real character, along with aging bathrooms, worn floors, sticking doors, and framing that’s rarely square. I take care to respect each home’s original charm while bringing kitchens, baths, and floors up to modern standards, and I handle permits and work with historic district requirements where needed. And with homes surrounded by forest, wildfire hardening is one of the smartest upgrades you can make here.
