Unity Remodel Co. is a licensed remodeling contractor (CSLB #1161363) serving North San Juan and the San Juan Ridge. I’m Shane Kenihan, I live right here on the Ridge, and you work directly with me from the first walkthrough to the final cleanup.

Homes on the Ridge are often owner-built houses, cabins, and older homes on wooded, rural land, many added onto and improved over the years. I respect the work and care that’s gone into these homes, and I enjoy finding practical solutions that fit each one. Living in the forest also means real wildfire risk, so hardening your home against embers is one of the most important upgrades you can make. And being local means I can get to you when others won’t make the drive.
