Unity Remodel Co. is a licensed remodeling contractor (CSLB #1161363) serving homeowners throughout Grass Valley. I’m Shane Kenihan, I’m based right here in Nevada County, and you work directly with me from the first walkthrough to the final cleanup.

Grass Valley homes range from gold rush–era houses near downtown to mid-century ranches and newer builds out toward Alta Sierra. Older homes often come with uneven floors, dated bathrooms, and surprises behind the walls. With over a decade of experience maintaining and repairing buildings, I know how to work with older construction and do the job right. If I find something unexpected, I’ll show you and talk through options before doing any extra work.
