Unity Remodel Co. is a licensed remodeling contractor (CSLB #1161363) serving homeowners throughout Lake of the Pines. I’m Shane Kenihan, I’m based right here in Nevada County, and you work directly with me from the first walkthrough to the final cleanup.

Lake of the Pines homes are set among tall pines and oaks along the lake and golf course, and many date back to the 1970s and ’80s. Original bathrooms, worn carpet, and dated kitchens are common, and so are wooded lots where wildfire hardening makes a real difference. I help homeowners refresh their homes with durable, low-maintenance materials and practical upgrades. I’m happy to coordinate gate access and work around your schedule.
