Unity Remodel Co. is a licensed remodeling contractor (CSLB #1161363) serving homeowners in Auburn and the surrounding foothills. I’m Shane Kenihan, based just up Highway 49 in Nevada County, and you work directly with me from the first walkthrough to the final cleanup.

Auburn has a mix of everything, from gold rush–era homes around Old Town to mid-century houses and newer builds in the hills. Older homes often need updated bathrooms, new flooring, and careful work around framing that’s settled over the years, while newer homes are ready for kitchen and bath upgrades that make them feel like your own. And with so many Auburn properties surrounded by oak woodland and canyon terrain, wildfire hardening is a smart investment.
