Unity Remodel Co. is a licensed remodeling contractor (CSLB #1161363) serving homeowners throughout Lake Wildwood. I’m Shane Kenihan, I’m based right here in Nevada County, and you work directly with me from the first walkthrough to the final cleanup.

Many Lake Wildwood homes were built in the 1970s and ’80s and are ready for updated floors, bathrooms, and kitchens. I specialize in bringing these homes up to date with durable, low-maintenance materials, and in easier-living upgrades like tub-to-shower conversions, grab bars, and slip-resistant flooring, so you can stay comfortable in your home for years to come. I’m happy to coordinate gate access and work around your schedule.
